One of the 3 Savennières that comes from the estate, Les Vieux Clos comes from younger vines (20 years old) and from vines planted in schist, quartz and sand. As with all the Savennières, the harvest is laborious as they take the time to harvest ideal grapes 4 or 5 times every fall. You'll find a golden hue, an oxidative style that is truly marvelous.
