Les Horées Bourgogne Rouge Des Six Ifs 2022

This is a new cuvée in 2022, and its name is a play on words. ‘If’ is French for yew tree, and the name describes a group of six trees; but say it out loud (en français) and you’ll see what it really means. It comes from fruit sourced from Savigny (she’ll be farming this vineyard from 2024 onwards), as well as some from further south in Mâcon. It is a boisterous bourgogne rouge, with concentration and density. Loads of fun.
