60% Red Grapes from Guyot-trained vineyards on volcanic soil, exposed to the Circeo sea and 40% White Grapes, from Tent-trained vineyards.
The white and red grapes ferment together in fiberglass after a 3-day maceration. The result is a wine of great freshness, surprising acidity and a crunchy tannin that lengthens and completes drinking.
